Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy
Cancellation of Orders and Returns
- Goods purchased from Gold Fever Ireland may be returned for a refund, exchange, or replacement within 14 working days from delivery receipt.
- Before returning, request or download a Gold Fever Report Form [download here].
- Returned goods must be in original shipped condition and packaging. Hair must be returned unaltered, in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs and risks are your responsibility. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
- Exchanges may incur additional postage or shipping fees.
- Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receipt at our warehouse.

Extended Returns
- For returns received between 14 and 30 calendar days, we offer 70% refund (excluding shipping) or a full-value gift voucher to be used on our online store.
- No refunds for items returned after 30 calendar days.
Faulty Goods
- Report faults within 21 days of application by emailing hello@goldfever.ie
- Returns for quality issues require original proof of purchase and a completed Gold Fever Report Form [download here].
- We do not accept returns of coloured, tinted, or chemically treated hair.
- Examination of returned goods can take up to 30 working days.
- We're not responsible for heat damage caused by customers or expenses due to faulty goods.

Machine Return Policy
- Machines have a 2-year warranty covering internal parts, excluding wear and tear parts.
- Return shipping costs and risks are your responsibility.
- Warranty repairs use our courier services at no extra transport cost; charges apply for part replacement or post-warranty repairs.
- Return machines in original condition with the required details and the Gold Fever Report Form [download here] printed, accurately compiled and placed inside the parcel you are returning.

General Conditions
- 'Under Review' items may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Reasons will be provided, and you can opt to have these items returned at your expense.
